Orders and purchasing

Can I combine an order between the online store and the eBay store?

Yes. In many cases the same items are available in both stores, although some items are only listed in one of them. Feel free to contact us and we will be happy to advise you with no obligation.

Can I place several orders and pay a single shipping cost?

Yes. You can place multiple orders throughout the month and we will group them together so you only pay one shipping fee. You can also combine orders from our online store and our eBay store. Please let us know before paying so we can arrange this correctly.

Can I keep an order on hold for more than a month?

Yes, although this option is only available to customers who have previously purchased from our store.

Do you offer pre-orders or reservations?

Yes. We offer pre-orders on items we are waiting to receive from our suppliers. If you are interested in an item that is currently out of stock, please contact us and we will let you know about upcoming availability.

Do you sell individual spare parts or pieces?

No. We sell each listing exactly as shown in the product photos. It is not possible to separate individual components from a listing.

Do you sell at markets or events?

No, we are an exclusively online store.

Shipping and delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 working days from the moment we confirm payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected.

What shipping methods do you use?

All orders are shipped via Correos (Spanish postal service), either as registered mail or courier (72-hour service), depending on the destination. We do not offer standard untracked shipping or cash on delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to a number of countries. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country or would like information on international shipping costs, please contact us before placing your order and we will get back to you.

Can you deliver in person?

Yes. To arrange an in-person handover, please place your order first via email or through the online store. Once we have it set aside, we can arrange a meeting any day of the week in the Alcala de Guadaira area (Seville, Spain). Payment can be made in cash at the time of collection.

How much does it cost to return an order?

If your order was fulfilled correctly and you wish to return it, the outbound and return shipping costs are your responsibility. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will arrange collection at no cost to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Why are prices on eBay slightly higher than in the online store?

This is due to the difference in commission fees and operating costs between the two platforms. Our online store always offers the best price.

What is the search bar for?

With thousands of listings in our catalogue, the search bar is one of the quickest ways to find what you are looking for. You can type in a description, a keyword, or the Playmobil reference number if you know it. You can also browse by category to explore the full catalogue.

What is the wishlist for?

You can add items to your wishlist without any commitment to buy, making it easy to plan your next order at your own pace. If you add an out-of-stock item to your wishlist, you will automatically receive an alert as soon as it becomes available again.
